THE MAIN THING ABOUT THE “SHYMKENT-ATAMEKEN” MFO”

As part of the instructions of the Head of State on the need to review the instruments of the state program "Enbek" and the development of microfinance, given on 01/26/2021. During an expanded meeting of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mamin A.U., on 01/22/2021, it was instructed to create microfinance organizations (hereinafter - MFIs) in the regions of the country, including in the city of Shymkent, with the participation of NCE – 51%, MIO – 49%.

In pursuance of the Protocol instruction of Mamin A.U. dated 01/22/2021, Deputy Akim of Shymkent A.Sattibaev on 02/03/2021 was instructed to create an MFO with a share in the authorized capital of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Shymkent – 51%, JSC "SEC "Shymkent" – 49%.

27.04.2021 г. была произведена государственная регистрация в органах юстиции ТОО «МФО «Shymkent Atameken» долей участия АО «СПК «Shymkent» в уставном капитале МФО - 49%, что составляет - 49 000 000 тенге и долей участия Палаты Предпринимателей города Шымкент в уставном капитале МФО - 51%, что составляет - 51 000 000 тенге.
Товарищество в 2021 и 2022 годах освоило заемные средства предоставленные АО «АКК» по вышеуказанным рамочным соглашениям на сумму – 1 292 942 060 тенге, всего займы получили 117 заемщиков.
